On the Ball Pediatric Physio & Occupational Therapy was founded with a passion for guiding babies, children and teens to reach their full potential with pediatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy services.
With two locations and many services to offer, On The Ball felt its website wasn't equipping parents with the education, support and information they needed. On The Ball wanted a strong online presence that provided structure and laid out their growing business' services and resources, complete with an online store so families could continue their therapy at home.
We built an interactive and accessible-to-all website to present services in an easy-to-read way so anyone looking for answers to questions could find it. As On The Ball has a sizeable French-speaking client base we completed the site with copywriting and SEO services in both English and French. A custom client intake form was built into the site to ensure clients were able to take a quiz to find out if they would benefit from physiotherapy or occupational therapy. Our team also developed an e-commerce shop to sell an assortment of physiotherapy and occupational therapy aids on their behalf.
